Default Controls
You can change them to your liking in the Options->Keyboard layout

W Roll forward
S Roll backward
A Roll left
D Roll right
Space Jump (if equipped)
Ctrl Slow ball (speed break)
Mouse 1 Slow ball alt. (speed break)
Mouse wheel up Camera zoom in

F5 Take screenshot
Esc Pause game
F10 Quit game

Installing Custom Maps
If you downloaded any custom maps (or also known as Bonus Maps) then depending on how they were packaged when you downloaded them you will most like find a folder in your download and inside containing a .bns and a .bsp file. Install this folder to your C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\SourceMods\dreamball\maps folder then launch Dreamball and they will appear in the Bonus Maps dialogue in the Game Menu. In-game in the Bonus Maps menu you can also click the 'Import Bonus Maps...' button to import the map manually.
